Michelle & Jonathan | Malibu, CA

Tucked away in the hills of Malibu, Calamigos Ranch is an incredible venue where you can escape the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. The huge trees and rustic buildings seem to transport you to a distant mountain retreat. We loved the way that these two experienced their wedding day. It was as if there was one wonderful surprise after another. A number of times throughout the day (and in their response to their slideshow!) Michelle commented that in the entire time she has known him, she has never seen Jonathan react this way. When they saw each other for the first time they were so explosive. During they ceremony when there had to be a second take of the Breaking of the Glass because the first one went shooting into the bushes unbroken, Michelle and Jonathan burst out with laughter. It was an honor to be a part of their wedding day. A huge thanks goes out to Brett Benham for shooting this one with us!
